Fisher: War at Every Door, a.a.O., S. 68).

Karte bei: Fisher, War at Every Door, a.a.O., S. 8) und erfüllte seinen Auftrag anfangs mit Erfolg. Fisher: War at Every Door, a.a.O., S. 73).
